ROLE OF IMMUNITY: EDUCATIONAL EMAIL SERIES

PREVENTING BURNOUT AND MANAGING STRESS
Most people have days when they feel stressed and a bit overwhelmed with life, but what about when you feel total
exhaustion, no motivation, disengaged, hopeless, and a complete lack of care? You may be experiencing burnout, especially if you feel this way more days than not. Stress isn’t necessarily a bad thing, and it can help motivate us to act, but prolonged stress can take its toll. NJSD FITNESS ROOMS
Free-access fitness facilities
Neenah High School, Horace Mann Middle School, and Shattuck Middle School have fitness facilities that are free and available to staff members at any time. Email Brooke Chaltry for fob access to the buildings and the NHS fitness room. Contact building custodians at the middle schools for key access to the fitness rooms.
Fitting exercise into your day
You don't need hours in a day to devote to physical activity. We are all busy and may only have a quick 10 or 15-minute break to be active. Aside from walking the halls, you also could do a quick video. Follow the link for short and longer videos to use depending on the time you have. It's not about FINDING time, it's about MAKING time and making movement a priority. NJSD staff now have access to the YMCA online fitness library as well. Check it all out by clicking the link below.

FIRE FITNESS CAMP
At FIRE Fitness Camp, we have taken the FAILURE OUT OF FITNESS by offering professionally coached training sessions by top-tier motivators.
